About Garden State Code Compliance
Garden State Code Compliance LLC is forming as an independent on-site inspection services provider under the New Jersey Uniform Construction Code (UCC). Our mission is to deliver documentation-forward inspections that support municipalities, contractors, and developers. We are pursuing authorization by the NJ Department of Community Affairs as a private on-site inspection agency under N.J.A.C. 5:23-4.16.
Our Approach
We focus on procedural clarity and thorough documentation. Every inspection performed by our team is recorded in detail, providing clear records for permit files and project closeout. Our role is to independently document conditions observed during inspection — within the scope of our authorization.
