Mechanical Inspection Types
Our mechanical subcode inspection services include documentation at the following stages, as applicable to the scope of the mechanical permit:
- Rough HVAC inspections — Documentation of ductwork, refrigerant piping, and ventilation installations prior to concealment
- Equipment installation inspections — Documentation of furnace, air handler, condenser, and boiler installations
- Gas piping inspections — Documentation of fuel gas piping installations and pressure testing
- Ventilation and exhaust inspections — Documentation of kitchen, bath, and commercial exhaust systems
- Final mechanical inspections — Documentation of completed mechanical installations for certificate of occupancy support
Project Types
