Garden State Code Compliance provides independent mechanical subcode inspection services within authorized scope. Our licensed inspectors document HVAC and mechanical system installations at each required stage, supporting permit compliance and project closeout.


Mechanical Inspection Types

Our mechanical subcode inspection services include documentation at the following stages, as applicable to the scope of the mechanical permit:

  • Rough HVAC inspections โ€” Documentation of ductwork, refrigerant piping, and ventilation installations prior to concealment
  • Equipment installation inspections โ€” Documentation of furnace, air handler, condenser, and boiler installations
  • Gas piping inspections โ€” Documentation of fuel gas piping installations and pressure testing
  • Ventilation and exhaust inspections โ€” Documentation of kitchen, bath, and commercial exhaust systems
  • Final mechanical inspections โ€” Documentation of completed mechanical installations for certificate of occupancy support

Project Types

Mechanical subcode inspections are available for residential and commercial projects, including new construction, additions, alterations, and equipment replacements. All inspections are performed by NJ-licensed mechanical inspectors and documented per UCC requirements.
