Plumbing Inspection Types
Our plumbing subcode inspection services include documentation at the following stages, as applicable to the scope of the plumbing permit:
- Underground plumbing inspections — Documentation of below-slab or below-grade piping installations prior to concealment
- Rough plumbing inspections — Documentation of drain, waste, vent, and water supply piping prior to concealment
- Water service inspections — Verification and documentation of water service connections and backflow prevention devices
- Sewer connection inspections — Documentation of building sewer connections prior to backfill
- Final plumbing inspections — Documentation of completed plumbing installations for certificate of occupancy support
Project Types
Plumbing subcode inspections are available for residential and commercial projects, including new construction, additions, alterations, and fixture replacements. All inspections are performed by NJ-licensed plumbing inspectors and documented per UCC requirements.
